Sea Bass
Choose: Boneless, skin-on fillets. Cook the same day.
Season: Old Bay seasoning.
Cook: Panfry until crispy.
Serve: With pickled vegetables; a salad of chopped avocado, tomatoes, lime juice, red onion and cilantro; and chimichurri sauce.
