Week 7 of Fortnite's current season is officially underway, bringing with it another batch of Omni Chips for players to find at various locations around the island. While the majority tend to be fairly easy to find, one of these locations is IO Command, which harbors some of the most well-hidden Omni Chips of the entire season.

Fortnite's Omni Chips are used as currency to unlock various customization options for the Omni Blade pickaxe. Belonging to Tsuki 2.0, one of this season's new characters, the highly alterable accessory can have just about everything about it customized; the blade shape, the guard, blade color, and even its swinging sound effects.

Where to Find All Omni Chips at IO Command in Fortnite

For Fortnite players who may be unaware, IO Command is actually the area specifically inside the massive mountain of the Command Cavern POI. While it may appear as if some Omni Chip locations are above ground, all three of the chips will be found underground, within the cavern. It should be noted all the following directions are oriented by entering the area from the northern entrance.

Omni Chip 1 - The first Omni Chip location at IO Command can be found by heading right after passing through the entrance. Keep going until the drill vehicle, and then make another right into the structure, where the chip will be waiting in front of an IO logo at the far end.

Omni Chip 2 - To find IO Command's second Omni Chip, head straight from the entrance into the main structure of the area, and head to the second floor. A little before reaching Command Cavern's currently sealed vault, players will run into the chip.

Omni Chip 3 - the third Omni Chip location is arguably the most difficult of them all. From the northern entrance, head left until reaching a different drill vehicle, then make a right through the adjacent entrance. Then make an immediate left, where the final Omni Chip can be found hiding behind some rocks.

Once players have collected all three Omni Chips, they can then tackle hacking a server in Command Cavern, as the locations are essentially one and the same. As part of Fortnite's ongoing Resistance quest storyline, players can find several viable servers to hack in areas approximate to the Omni Chips. The easiest one to find is likely the one near Omni Chip 2, as players simply need to head down a level, where they'll find the server next to a half-shuttered entrance.

The POI is also the only one remaining where the IO maintains full control. Fortnite's recent v20.30 update has added The Battle for Tilted Towers, making Command Cavern the last bastion of the Imagined Order. Players must again fight back three waves of IO Guards at different points around the area, with Huntmaster Saber looming overhead.

Considering all the POI battles have been virtually identical, it should be interesting to see if the magnitude is raised for what seems like the inevitable final showdown at the IO stronghold.
