1. Slice your zucchinis into ⅛-inch thick medallions, and lay them out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

2. Cover the zucchini slices with paper towels, and press to remove moisture.

3. Brush olive oil onto a separate parchment paper-lined baking sheet and transfer your zucchini slices. Brush the tops of the zucchini slices with olive oil.

4. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning onto the zucchini slices.

5. Bake the zucchini slices at 235 degrees Fahrenheit for 1.5-2 hours.

6. While the zucchini is in the oven, make the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and lime juice. Mix and set aside.

7. Once the zucchini chips are done, plate and serve with your Greek yogurt garlic dipping sauce!
